1. Acceptance of Terms
By using RoomLink, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Service Description
RoomLink is a booking management platform for rental property owners. We provide calendar, iCal sync, revenue tracking, and guest communication tools.
3. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Do not share your login credentials with third parties. Each account is intended for use by one person or business.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
The subscription starts with a 14 day free trial with no card, so you are not charged at signup. When you add payment details, billing is handled through Stripe and the yearly subscription starts only when the trial ends. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe Portal and access stays active until the end of the current period. RoomLink does not process guest or service payments. Any payments for services or local experiences are settled directly between the guest and the owner or provider.
5. Refunds and Withdrawal
Because the trial is 14 days with no card, there is no charge before you decide. After you add a card, the subscription is yearly and renews automatically unless you cancel before renewal. You can cancel any time and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Where required by EU consumer law, the 14 day right of withdrawal applies. 6. Data & Privacy
We collect only the data strictly necessary for your account (email, name) and the data you enter yourself. We do not share it with third parties beyond the providers required to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can download all of your data or permanently delete your account at any time from Settings, in the “Account and data” section.
7. Data Processing Roles
For the personal data of guests that you enter or collect through the platform (names, phone numbers, emails, and identity documents at arrival), you are the data controller and RoomLink acts as the data processor on your behalf, following your instructions and these terms. We process this data only to provide you the service and do not use it for our own purposes. The sub-processors we rely on are described by category in the Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
RoomLink is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for loss of revenue or data due to technical issues. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the current subscription period.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. You will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
